Floral water or ciprés hydrolate
Hydrolate or Floral Water of Cypress has a solemn, balsamic, woody and citrus aroma.
Properties and uses:
Internally:
Helps in cases of cellulite, oedema and fluid retention.
Liver and kidney congestion.
Cystitis.
Heavy legs, varicose veins.
Haemorrhoids.
Externally:
In treatments as a complement to cellulite improving the microcirculation of the skin.
Anti-acne, eczema and couperosis treatment.

Culinary use:
In the kitchen, it provides a soft touch of wood perfect in fish, infusions and rice dishes.

Methods use:
Cypress Hydrolate for external use:
Soaked in cotton, in compresses, directly in the bath water or in seat baths.
Applied to the skin or a teaspoon of hydrolate in atmospheric and energy sprayers.
Cypress hydrolate in internal use:
In order for the hydrolates to exercise their function properly and begin to see results, we will have to take them for at least 28 days or a lunar cycle, therefore hydrolates in 1L format are the most indicated in these cases.
The recommended dose is one or two tablespoons of hydrolate or floral water of Cypress diluted in a litre of water and drink throughout the day, or a teaspoon diluted in a glass of warm water about 3 times a day.
Cirpés Hydrolate for culinary uses:
Dilute 1 teaspoon of dessert for every 500 ml of liquid, we will always try to add it to our recipes when the preparation is warm or cold and so its aromas do not volatilise.
Conservation:
They can be kept between one and two years trying to keep them protected from light and heat, at about 10º. They are bottled in violet glass containers that protect and maintain all physical and energetic properties.
