In order for the hydrolates to exercise their function properly and begin to see results, we will have to take them for at least 28 days or a lunar cycle, therefore hydrolates in 1L format are the most indicated in these cases.
The recommended dose is a tablespoon or two of hydrolate or floral Geranium water diluted in a litre of water and drink throughout the day, or a teaspoon diluted in a glass of warm water about 3 times a day.
Geranium hydrolate for culinary uses:
Dilute 1 dessert teaspoon for every 500 ml of liquid. We will always try to add it to our recipes when the preparation is warm or cold and so its aromas do not volatilise.

It can be kept between one and two years, ensuring that it is kept protected from light and heat, at about 10º. It is bottled in a violet glass container that protects and maintains all physical and energetic properties.
