Matcha Spoon Chashaku Purple

Our traditional Japanese Matcha spoon is handcrafted from a single piece of black bamboo. The Chashaku is suitable for daily use and is particularly sturdy.

Each item is handcrafted and unique.

Cleaning: The Chashaku is not cleaned with water, but cleaned with a dry cloth. Store in a dry place.
Origin: The black bamboo is formed after about 8 months, when the culms gradually turn black and after 2 years black-purple. It is therefore also known as purple bamboo and is used for various bamboo works and as an ornamental bamboo because of its beautiful culms.
