Floral water or Sage Hydrolate

Sage hydrosol or floral water has a solemn, sweet, floral and spicy aroma.

Internally:

Methods of use:
Sage hydrolate for external use:
Soaked in cotton, in compresses, directly in the bath water or in seat baths.

Sage hydrolate for internal use:
In order for the hydrolates to exercise their function properly and begin to see results, we will have to take them for at least 28 days or a lunar cycle, therefore hydrolates in 1L format are the most indicated in these cases.
The recommended dose is one or two tablespoons of hydrolate or floral water of Sage diluted in 1L of water and drink throughout the day, or a teaspoon diluted in a glass of warm water about 3 times a day.

Sage hydrolate for culinary uses:
Dilute 1 dessert teaspoon for every 500 ml of liquid. We will always try to add it to our recipes when the preparation is warm or cold and so its aromas do not volatilise.

Conservation:
