Our 85% tablets are pure nutrient-dense cacao microdosed with functional plants and spices and sprinkled with dates. Artisanally made and minimally processed.
Dates are much lower in calories than regular sugar and have far less fructose than agave and honey (so the taste is less 'sweet'). Because they are simply ground whole dried fruit, they also contain all the fruit’s nutrients — vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. 

If you are new to 85% - start slowly, with one-two squares per day, letting it melt on your tongue and ideally coupling it with your favourite tea or fruit. 
Real dark cacao (that has not been filled with weird industrial ingredients and sugar), is known as a rich source of magnesium, iron, potassium and antioxidants.
