Floral water or Thyme Hydrolate

Thyme hydrosol or floral water has a sweet, aromatic, pungent aroma with hints of honey.

Properties and uses:
Internally:
It has viricidal and bactericidal antiseptic power.
Perfect in the treatment of oral infections.
In cases of throat infection, apply spray directly to the area.
Treatment of intestinal parasites.
It helps in cases of fatigue and weakness as it stimulates the brain.
In cases of weak immune system, cure for 40 days.

Externally:

Methods of use:
Thyme hydrolate for external use:
Soaked in cotton, in compresses, directly in bath water or in sitz baths.
In skin sprays or a teaspoon of hydrolate in atmospheric and energy sprays.

Thyme hydrolate for internal use:
In order for the hydrosols to perform their function properly and begin to see results, we will have to take them for at least 28 days or one lunar cycle, therefore hydrosols in 1L format are the most indicated in these cases.
The recommended dose is a tablespoon or two of hydrosol or Thyme floral water diluted in 1L of water and drinking throughout the day, or a teaspoon diluted in a glass of warm water about 3 times a day.

Thyme hydrolate for culinary uses:
Dilute 1 teaspoon of dessert for every 500 ml of liquid, we will always try to add it to our recipes when the preparation is warm or cold so that its aromas do not volatilize.

Conservation:
They can be kept for between one and two years, ensuring that they are stored protected from light and heat, at about 10º. They are bottled in violet glass containers that protect and maintain all physical and energetic properties.
