A new alternative to Matcha: organic first-flush Sencha green tea from Mount Fuji Japan, blended with roasted rice and finely ground into a delicate powder. 
Toasty and comforting, with less bitterness than matcha, the ami-yaki rice is roasted over an open flame, adding yummy ‘popcorn’ notes, while the Sencha brings a fresh, delicate green tea flavor.

How to make? 
Just add approx 2g to cup, add a splash of hot water, whisk. Then add to warm or iced milk.

Firstly, congratulations! Green tea contains much less cafeine than coffee. And Sencha, the green tea used in our Genmaicha powder, also generally contains less caffeine than matcha 🫶
