Methods of use
Hydrolate of ancient roses for external use:
Soaked in cotton, in compresses, directly in bath water or in sitz baths.
In skin sprays or a teaspoon of hydrosol in aromatic and energy diffusers.
Antique rose hydrosol for internal use:
In order for the hydrosols to perform their function properly and begin to see results, we will have to take them for at least 28 days or one lunar cycle, therefore hydrosols in 1L format are the most indicated in these cases.
The recommended dose is a tablespoon or two of hydrosol or Ancient Rose floral water diluted in 1L of water and drinking throughout the day, or a teaspoon diluted in a glass of warm water about 3 times a day.
Antique rose hydrolate for culinary uses:
Dilute 1 teaspoon of dessert per 500 ml of liquid. We will always try to add it to our recipes when the preparation is warm or cold so that its aromas do not volatilize.
